How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Worstappeals Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page shows how to raise a concern and what comes next. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can contact us about:

  • Your experience when you phoned or contacted Worstappeals Pest Control
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, products, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done at your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record as you go.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Worstappeals Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency that oversees pest control in Ohio.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@worstappeals.property and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what you would like us to do

What Happens After You Write

We will confirm by email that we received your complaint. Then we will look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.
